Payment Terms

Relgrow aims to complete all projects within the committed timeline. However, external factors such as weather, permit delays, supply issues or client-initiated changes may affect delivery schedules. Any potential delays will be communicated promptly.

Quality & Warranty

• All work meets high quality standards using approved materials and techniques.
• Structural and workmanship warranties are provided as per project agreement.
• Material warranties are covered by respective manufacturers.
• Any construction defects reported within the warranty period will be rectified by our support team.

Safety & Compliance

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

• Relgrow reserves the right to terminate for non-payment, breach of contract or misuse of services.
• All dues for completed stages must be cleared before termination.
• Intellectual property and materials remain Relgrow’s property unless otherwise stated in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Relgrow believes in resolving issues amicably through communication. In case of disputes, both parties will attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
