Cancellation by Relgrow

  • In rare cases, Relgrow might cancel or postpone a project due to unavoidable reasons such as non-compliance with terms, resource unavailability or other unforeseen events.
  • If this happens, clients will be informed immediately and either a full or partial refund will be issued depending on how far the project has progressed.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made before the project starts and no resources have been allocated.
  • Partial refunds are considered if the project is in progress and certain stages are completed. The refund amount will reflect the remaining unutilised portion.
  • Once the project is completed or all materials and services have been consumed, refunds will not be available.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 45 business days from the date of approval.
  • The amount will be returned through the original mode of payment unless agreed otherwise.
  • Transaction fees, taxes or processing charges may be deducted before refund initiation.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the project is completed as per the agreed terms, a refund is not applicable.
  • Delays or cancellations occurred due to client-side issues such as late approvals, lack of information or design changes.
  • External issues like natural disasters, strikes or government restrictions impacting progress.
  • Advance payments made for bookings or service reservations are non-refundable, except in cases of verified transaction errors.

When You Can Cancel

  • You can cancel before the project starts for a full refund.
  • If you choose to cancel after the work starts, deductions are applied based on the stage of completion.
  • In cases like personal emergencies, Relgrow will review the situation and respond with a fair resolution.

How to Cancel

  • To request a cancellation, send an email to info@relgrow.com. Include the Project ID, registered contact details and a reason for cancellation.
  • The Relgrow team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • If the request is eligible, we will confirm the refund amount and provide the expected processing timeline.

  • All cancellation requests must be written to ensure proper documentation.
  • Requests made over the phone or chat will not be considered official.
  • Refund timelines may vary based on bank or payment gateway processing.
